Buenas, tengo un dominio alquilado hasta el 06/02/04 y he realizado la transferencia para tenerlo un año mas, pero he recibido este correo y no tengo ni idea de lo que quieren:

La verdad es que no tengo ni idea de lo que quieren, lo he intentado traducir pero no lo veo nada claro y no quiero perder el dominio.
A ver si alguien me lo puede explicar claramente, por favor.
