me llego un mail sobre esto

You should check the server to see why the load is so high and take
steps to lower the load. If you want stats to continue to run even with a high load; Edit
/var/cpanel/cpanel.config and change extracpus to a number larger then 0 (run
/usr/local/cpanel/startup afterwards to pickup the changes).

Hola,

Mi consejo es que consultes con tu proveedor. Si no conoces mucho de administración de sistemas, andar ejecutando comandos por ahí, sin fundamento, te podría causar muchos problemas.

Si tienes acceso SSH, prueba reiniciar el daemon de WHM:

Tipea el siguiente comando para ver si se restablece el servicio:

service cpanel restart

Luego de eso, si no carga, te sugiero contactar a tu proveedor para que ellos miren el problema, si es un servidor sin administración, te recomiendo antes que todo contratar a algún administrador de sistemas para que pueda determinar y solucionar el problema.
