Layer, O Scirpt para Adsense

Hola, buenas mirar he visto en una web... filmulde10 (punto) . c omo para no escribir la url, que tiene un banner que sale al entrar en la web, alguien sabria que script o layer utiliza? o programacion pop, ya que vi el otro dia que tambien metio el codigo de adsense... y me a hecho muchas intrigas... yo he conseguido unos cuantos... pero no me rulan...

si alguien puede hacer, que suba y baja o algo, que siga al rato seria mejor... consiguiendo... alguna empresa que pague por publicidad y permita un banner... asi mejoraria las cosas.
