JMForm en TinyMCE

Buens tardes estoy un pooco desesperado con un tema, estoy instalando tiny el editor WYSIWYG y no veo modo de instalarle los plugins he seguido los pasos de los manuales y nada sobre todo me urge el JMForm para objetos de formulario, he descargado el plugin lo he copiado a la carpeta plugin de mi tiny he modificado la llamada (el init) y nada no carga los botones en el editor alguien sabe como hacerlo o a alguien le funciona, os dejo mi init:
