Ayuda Internal Server Error

Por favor si alguien me puede decir que hice mal el siguiente link es de un formulario de contacto pero cuando precionas el boton enviar me sale un mensaje de Internal Server Error - Agradecere cualquier ayuda

eso me sale cuando cambio la extencion por .pl

Y cuando le cambio la extencion por htm me sale este mensaje
