Ayuda con Cpanel y b2evolution

Hola a todos :D los expertos de este foro, la verdad necesito mucha ayuda y me urge saber como solucionar mi problema.

Lo que pasa es que instale un blog b2evolution en mi servidor con Cpanel x, y la bvase de datos mysql y todo esta bn, los archivos del blog tambien estan perfectos el problema es que al tratar de accesar por el admin (php) o tratar de visualuzarlo

me da a abrir un archivo que dice :

y en el caso del admin (php)lo mismo abre un archivo de texto en bloc de notas entonces no se que hacer para que funcione...

espero me puedan ayudar se los agradeceria mucho.

Pueden ser dos cosas:

1- Que el interprete de PHP no este instalado/configurado correctamente en tu servidor.
2- Que solo puedas ejecutar scripts en determinado directorio, generalmente cgi-bin.
