[Ayuda]centrar web creado de PSD

muy buenos dias es la primera ves que posteo en esta hermosa comunidad la verdad son exelentes maestro.

bueno el motivo de este post es que no encontre por ningun lado sobre como centrar un web creado por adobe potoshop.

les cuento cree una web a partir de un PSD y el tamaño del psd es de
width:1700px;
height:1285px;
el problema es que a la hs de visualizar la web me muestra del lado izquierdo lo que me gustaria saber es como hago para que me muestre en centro de la web dependiendo de la resolucion.

No crees que el tamaño es exagerado...¿?... mo máquina es de pantalla ancha y no cabe

Normalmente se centran con contenidos con estilos... concretamente margin: auto...

intente centrarlo de todas formas pero por falta de conocimiento no lo logre.

se que es grande y se que existen sitios web grandes que al apretar Ctrl+scroll de mouse se aleja mostrando el resto de la web lo que busco es que de alguna forma
hacer que cuando entren a la web me muestre el centro y no el lado izquierdo.
no si hay alguien que tenga experiencia creando web a partir de un psd.

Hola:

Lo mejor que puedes hacer es reducir un poco el tamaño de las imágenes para que el ancho total de las imágenes te quede entorno a los 960 ó 1000px, es la única manera en que puedes centrar la imagen, porque los milagros no existen.
