problema con servidor de aplicacion.

Tengo un problema con mi servidor de aplicaciones y me manda los siguientes mensajes en el manejador de la base de datos el smb del sql server 2005.

alguien me puede ayudar a saber si esto se puede deber a que anda mal mi tarjeta controladora del servidor. por favor.

mmm ya no recuerdo que problema era, pero el chiste es que todo esta funcionando bien en el dominio.
