error de reinicio de w2003 sbs

el siguiente error me aparece despues que se reinicia mi computador segun entiendo tengo un problema con un controlador, si alguen sabe cual puede ser o si es otro tipo de error o donde puedo encontrar informacion para descubrir el problema les agradesco.

Muy buenas:

¿Tienes instalado en el servidor algun programa de la marca Symantec, como por ejemplo un antivirus, el pcanywhere, etc?

Si es así le problema puede venir de ahí. Yo primero parchearia el servidor con los ultimos parches, sobre todo con el SP1 para servidores W2003 SBS. Si una vez parcheado vuelve a ocurrir los reinicios, probaria a desinstalar la aplicación de Symantec y a volver a hacer pruebas, puede que el programa no sea compatible con esa version del sistema operativo.

ya he instalado todas los parches y actualizaciones, espero no se vuelva a reiniciar, sino llamare a soporte, ya que tengo instalado el symantec antivirus 10.0.1000

Mira en la página web de Symantec si esa version de antivirus es compatible con W2003 Server, quizas esté generando un problema de compatibilidad y por eso se produzcan los reinicios.

Ya me contarás.

ya Instale la nueva versión del programa la 10.0.2.2000 espero con esto no se vuelva a reiniciar.
