error SQLEXPRESS

HOla a todos... resulta que mi sqlexpress ya no abre, cuando intento conectame me dice:

¿Tenias ya conexion anteriormente con la base de datos o es la primera vez que te quieres conectar?, ¿Tienes un respaldo de la base MODEL?
