Errores en mysql

Hola,
tengo un servidor con la versión de MySql 5.0.51b y por alguna razón se está parando el servicio.
He mirado el log y veo lo siguiente:

Veo que hay varios warnings y demás cosas. Me podeis orientar un poco y decirme si veis dónde podría estar el error ?

Considerando que una versión que termina en "b" implica una versión beta, yo me inclinaría a pensar que se trata de bugs que fueron resueltos en las siguientes versiones...
Es normal que una versión beta sólo sea para testers, y ponerla en ambientes productivos en un error muy grave.
Yo te dría que ni te molestes en averiguar por qué pasa. Directamente instala al menos la versión siguiente (5.0.67) que si era estable, y olvídate del asunto. Es irrelevante y si el bug fue solucionado no tiene sentido preocuparse por él.

Como actualizo la versión de manera fácil?

... porque tengo procedures, triggers y varias bases de datos (tablas, datos..)

Por cierto, la versión esta es la que viene con el instalador wampserver 2.0 apache+mysql
