Como subo mi base de datos al servidor ?

Buenas tardes....

Tengo una aplicacion web que funciona con BD MySql y no se como subir la base de datos q tengo al servidor.

Tengo la opcion " importar" en PhpMyAdmin pero cuando selecciono el archivo a subir q se ecnuentra en la carpeta :

C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\data\carrito

me da un error bastante largo!!

Si alguien me puede explicar como debo hacer para subir todas mis tablas al servidor ya q nunca lo hice e intente unas cuantas cosas pero sin resultado positivo !

no te entiendo ....simplemete tengo un BD fucionando en mi localhost y nada mas,,, no se por donde empezar digamos... gracias

Vale, entonces tiene que situarte en la siguiente carpeta, suponiendo que lo tienes instalado en windows.

c:\archivos de programas\mysql\mysql server xx\bin

Aquí es donde lo tengo instalado yo, si no lo tienes ahí busca el ejecutable mysqldump.exe
y escribes la siguiente linea

mysqldump --opt --password=mipass --user=miuser mibd > c:\copiabd.sql

Lo que hace esto, es crearte una exportación de la base de datos (mibd) al fichero c:\copiabd.sql

Con el fichero que esto genera, es lo que tienes que importar en tu servidor web
