Descarga de archivo

Hola foro, buen día!
Espero que me puedan ayudar con esto, quiero que el usuario pueda descargar un archivo que esta en una carpeta en el servidor.

Hola, como estas recuperando el archivo. Lo muestras en un gridview o como? Si es asi esta seria una forma
