Problemas para abrir los programas

Hola a todos, tengo un problema para abrir los programas, tengo que ir a : abrir con,
y si le digo que abra el programa con este archivo, todos los demás programas tambien se me abren con dicho archivo.
Me han dicho que hay un parche para quitar este malware pero no lo encuentro
¿alguien me ayuda?

hola..
bueno ese problema lo causan malwares por lo que te recomiendo descargues un buen antivirus com el Nod32 o el kaspersky, y un antispyware como el spybot o el SUPERantispyware y los pongas a anlizar tu pc..
luego de limpiarla has lo siguiente, abre un bloc de notas y copia en el lo siguiente:

ahora guarda el archivo colocandole de nombre archivo.reg luego haces doble clic sobre el mismo y aceptas la modificacion del registro,de esta manera arreglas las asociaciones de los .exe en el registro..
