La web en Bing

Pasa lo siguiente en Bing aparece la web así

Gaf.cl | de bosque y madera, 10 Años
Organización de estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias Forestales de la Utalca. Información sobre el quehacer del GAF, ponencias de Seminarios y enlaces.

y en google aparece así

GAF.cl | de Bosque y Madera
Portal Forestal Maderero, Documentos, Fotografías, Enlaces, Notas Técnicas

Que es como defiera aparecer

La pregunta es que debo hacer para que aparezca como debe ser.

En tu página tienes un problema de código, tienes dos veces puestas las etiquetas HEAD:

Ese es un problema ya que puede crear confusión a los buscadores al indexarte, sobre el problema que tienes se debe a que utilizas la etiqueta noodp y Google por lo tanto usa los datos de la meta description pero en cambio Bing parece ser que todavía no tiene la capacidad de interpretar ese valor noodp

En este caso nada tiene que ver el odp. El error está en el código.

Tienes dos veces el head, con dos titles diferentes. Bing está tomando el primer title y Google el segundo.

revisando la web esta compuesta de esta manera , el index llama a tope.php cada cual tiene sus etiquetas <head> , entonces asumo que debo quitarlo de la página tope.php para que no se dupliquen ... me aclaran eso , por favor. gracias
