Server ran out of threads to serve requests, ESTE ERROR mantiene mi servidor down

Hola tengo muy poca experiencia en servidores Web y tengo un error con Apache, no se que tan cierto sea pero una persona me dijo por facebook que él estaría atacando mi página de manera permanente, el caso es que desde hace algunos días mi página simplemente no responde y apache me tira los siguientes errores.

Ya he buscado solución pero sinceramente no encontrado alguna que funcione ya que siempre el error ocurre.

Tengo instalado XAMPP. No se que otra información se ocupe para encontrar alguna solución, les agradería mucho me ayuden.
