.htaccess mal?

Hola, he instalado la contribución para oscommerce para las url amigables, el seo url. Por fin he conseguido que funcione pero tengo un problema, y es que no me separa las categorías de las subcategorias en las urls, y me lo pone todo junto.

Después de darle muchas vueltas a la configuración y no encontrar nada en Google he pensado que quizás el problema pueda estar en el archivo .htaccess. Os lo paso tal y como lo tengo por si veis que me falta o me sobra algo, porque yo ya llevo dos días que no paro de darle vueltas y no tengo ni idea que donde puede estar el problema.
