Error HTTP 200 OK al usar mod_rewrite

Que tal, les comento: el problema surge al usar mod_rewrite en el .htaccess, esto es como sabrán para que el apache traduzca las direcciones (limpias) que uno inserta en direcciones reales (del tipo script.php?id=algo).

En el .htaccess tengo lo siguiente:

Pero al llamar cualquier dirección en efecto me carga la pagina pero igualmente agrega el siguiente mensaje de error:

Me he dado cuenta que el mensaje solo se visualiza en algunos navegadores, entre ellos: Firefox 2 (a veces) e Internet Explorer 6 (siempre). Pues en Firefox 3 no lanza ningún error y la pagina carga correctamente.

No se con certeza a que se deba esto, pero podría decirse que se trata de algún problema con las cabeceras http. Cuando elimino el .htacces el problema no ocurre, sin embargo si lo elimino deja de funcionar la traducción de direcciones (obviamente).

Espero que alguien tenga mas información al respecto, también me doy cuenta que hay algunos otros sitios que muestran el mismo error pero no han podido resolverlo.

A mi me pasa cuando lo activo en Joomla.

Lo más fácil es ver el log de errores de Apache para saber que está pasando

Encontre la solución, por si a alguien le sirve,

en el archivo .htaccess hay que descomentar RewriteBase / y ya NO aparece este error 200, a mi me funcionó en Joomla.
