error al ejecutar xampp

hola a todos tengo este error al ejecutar el xampp que puedo hacer

Lo que te dice ese error es que ya se está ejecutando tanto Apache como MySQL por lo que no se puede volver a ejecutar.

Revisa y verás como ya se está ejecutando.
