Hola,
tengo una licencia para instalar vbulletin. El caso es que he protegido con un htacess la raíz mientras lo instalo.
Sigo todos los pasos, configuro el config , instalo el vbulletin y cuando me quiero conectar me aparece el siguiente mensaje :
