Problema con imagen de css

Saludos, uso wordpress en mi web (www.garageblog.com) tiene version 1.5.2 y le cambie el theme (el verde que podrán ver cuando la vean), este theme no traia imagen en la parte de la cabecera (header, en la tablita verde donde esta el nombre de mi web) así que me anime a poderle una, si la logre colocar dentro de la css... pero resulta que la imagen no aparece al tamaño completo de la tabla, quiero que la imagen sin importar su tamaño, logre abarcar la totalidad de la tablita en la que esta. Ya que solo ocupa una pequeña parte de esta tabla que quiero que tenga la imagen a tamaño completo.
