No me funciona el text-align

Buenas, pues como dice el titulo no se porque no me funciona el text align, y debería de funcionar, pero no hay forma de que se ponga en el centro el texto. Os dejo el código html y css.

Ya esta solucionado xD. Era por la pura tontería de que no había cerrado la etiqueta header correctamente :)
