Ayuda con un css

Tengo este css y los links se supone que salgan sin underline y en blanco entre otras cosas y no esta reconociendo este estilo del css. Alguien puede ayudarme?

no me quedó claro si no te funciona toodo el css o solo la parte de los enlaces. Si es esto último te deberían funcionar, claro que para eso los enlaces tienen que tener la clase "txt_white_bold". ¿Se puede ver la web online?

PD: si los 4 estados del enlace son =, lo podés abreviar:

Gracias webosiris luego de poner este mensaje segui inspeccionando mas a fondo y era exactamente lo que me indicas, Los enlaces no tenian la clase indicada.
