Agregar texto a un bloque css

hola a todos , intento poner un texto a un bloque css
las opciones si y no estan bien
solo quiero agregar al bloque de color blanco el texto "Mascara" y que no se modifique

les dejo el codigo ,todo esta en un archivo html. recien empiezo en esto, gracias de antemano

Y por qué no haces lo mismo que hiciste con "SI" y "NO"? o sea mediante "content"
