Richfaces 330 + Facelets

Buenas a todos,

Estoy trabajando en Netbeans con richfaces y facelets. Tengo la siguiente estructura.

mi problema es que al hacer el run del proyecto, solo me muestra las etiquetas top y left y no me muestra las etiquetas de richfaces...que me esta fallando??? creo que es fallo del web.xml pero no se donde ni porque...
alguien me ayuda???
