Problema con MyBatis/Spring

Problema con MyBatis/Spring
Hola a todos estoy empezando con mybatis y spring y tengo un problemilla. Al llamar a ún método del servicio para realizar un simple consulta me saltá una excepción de que el servicio es nulo. Pienso que puede ser un problema de configuración en el applicationContext. Os pongo el código y la traza, espero que podáis ayudarme.
