Error del tipo well-formed

Buenas, estoy trabajando con un pequeño ejemplo en JSP y tengo un pequeño problema que no entiendo por que comienzo a ver JSP hace nada...

Con esta cabecera me funciona

Código PHP:

pero con esta que es practicamente la misma, excepto el codigo jsp embebido en html, tengo un error.
