Problemas Proftpd

Hola, tengo el proftpd instalado y configurado de la siguiente manera:

(Como se puede ver utilizon el panel vhcs2)
Bien cuando inicio el servicio me arranca bien:

/etc/init.d/proftpd restart
Stopping ftp server: proftpd.
Starting ftp server: proftpd.

Y el servicio se puede ver que está corriendo:

Sin embargo al intentar conectar me sale esto:

¿Alguien sabe que puede estar pasando? Tengo algo incompatible en el .conf?

¿se te abre el puerto? Verifica eso

Si, si se abre y escucha en él:
