Problema con servidor proftpd

Cuando inicio el servicio me genera el siguiente error
Starting ftp server: proftpd - IPv6 getaddrinfo 'debian' error: Name or service not known

y aparte no logro hacer conexion desde el exterior de la red y ya habilite el puerto 21 en el rauter y lo direccione a la maquina que esta montado el servido

Me parece que primero tenes que hacer andar el servicio.
Como configuraste el proftpd?
Me suena a algo mal escrito en el proftpd.conf

bueno en relidad yo no toque ese archivo para nada lo deje como vino por defecto aqui lo posteo a ver si alguien ve algo mal
