[SOLUCIONADO] Fallo descarga desde repositorio ubuntu

Hola a todos!

Hoy he vuelto a utilizar un pc con un ubuntu instalado, y al intentar instalar aplicaciones desde el repositorio, obtengo error.
La version de ubuntu es Ubuntu 13.04
No tengo problemas de internet.
He configurado Origenes de software para que descargue desde el mejor servidor, pero sigo sin poder descargar nada.
Este es el error que obtengo, cuando por ejemplo, intento instalar tomcat7 con apt-get:

E: No se pudieron obtener algunos archivos, ¿quizás deba ejecutar «apt-get update» o deba intentarlo de nuevo con --fix-missing?


¿Alguien sabe que está pasando?

Estas usando una versión anterior a la actual e inestable, es mejor que respaldes y realices una instalación desde cero.

Si queres seguir intentando así, te recomiendo utilizar el servidor principal a ver que pasa.

Utiliza una ventana terminal como sudo y actualiza así:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Actualiza a la versión actual con lo siguiente:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Vuelvo a recomendarte que es mejor hacer un borrón y cuenta nueva, o sea, respaldar e instalar la nueva versión.

Esa versión dejó de tener soporte pero puedes seguir instalado paquetes, pero debes cambiar los repositorios a old-releases
Ejecuta en terminal
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
borra todo y pega lo siguiente en su lugar

deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted universe multiverse
deb-src http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main restricted universe multiverse
deb-src http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main restricted universe multiverse

deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu raring-security main restricted universe multiverse

luego puedes ejecutar
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install paquete

Gracias!! Con esta ultima solución he conseguido solucionar mi problema.
Ahora ya tengo soporte con los antiguos repositorios de ubuntu
