Ahora bien... Formatee el ordenador, me instalé en el disco duro principal el windows XP home edition y luego con el particionador de ubuntu instalé el Ubuntu en el mismo discoduro ocupando así 50% windows y 50% linux, Y al instalarse le activé la casilla de instalar nosequé de arranque (decía que era fundamental) y al reiniciar el ordenador no obtengo ningún mensaje de error grup ni nada, pero... Se inicia el Windows sin la pantallita de elegir S.O (yo sé cómo es al menos con windows porque tenía XP 64 y Home Edition).
Bueno abrí el menu.lst y me sale esto, pido ayuda a ver si podrían decirme.
