Ayuda con Unrealircd en Solaris

Hola a todos, mi problema es que he instalado el Unrealird en Solaris 9 (SunOS 5.9 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V210), Todo Instalo bn,
pero al iniciarlo me sale el siguiente error:

Espero alguien me pueda ayudar con esos errores q sospecho que no son del programa en si, sino q debe ser algo que falta instalar en el sistema operativo.

Y segundo, escribe el log de error que da completo para saber que causa el error.
