Se me va el texto.

Hola al escribir en mi web el texto no hace un salto automaticamente cuando llega al filo de la web si no que el texto sigue entonces tengo que ir moviendo la barrita de abajo para poder leer todo entonces la web se me desmarca

Yo quiero que al escribir automaticamente se me haga un salto de linea y hacin no se me desmarca la web.

cuando escribes en un text-area en input-text???
o cuando muestras el texto!

si es cuando muestras el text basta con que le pongas un ancho fijo al elemento que lo contiene
para que haga un salto de linea automatico, las celdas (columnas) de tablas tienen un atributo llamado wordwrap, que hace esto automatico para evitar que se deforme la tabla.

ese estilo se lo puedes poner a casi cualquier elemento que admita nodo de texto, p,div,span...etc.

Yo lo tengo con div lo que pasa que me va de un lado de la pantalla al otro y yo quiro que sea de un lado de la pantalla hasta la mitad de la pantalla

Y no que me ocupa toda la pantalla

el style se lo colocas al div pero ademas limitas el ancho del div.

ojo... al width le puse "300px" pero puede ser "50%" alineado a la izquierda, todo es cuestion de jugar un poco con la forma del div!
