Quitar título del head de un blog

Buenas!...Quisiera saber como hacer para que no me aparezca el título encima de una imágen que coloqué en el head del blog.

Aquí les dejo el código en dos post diferentes porque no entra en uno, para que me indiquen que tengo que sacar. Saludos!!!

a pues que bien armado esta el código ñ.ñ ya intentaste corregir la linea 13?
