Problema con svg

Hola a todos tengo una imagen con texto en formato svg, el problema es que el tipo de fuente que tiene el texto, es uno especial y pues no se puede ver en los ordenadores que no tienen instalada la fuente; he incluido la fuente en el proyecto y aun asi sigue sin reconocerla, tambien la referencie en el archivo css de los estilos pero sigue sin aparecer sin el tipo de fuente; cabe aclarar que la imagen la creé con lnkscape; he probado la fuente en una cabecera h1 y funciona perfecto pero en el svg no lo hace. La fuente se llama Android Hollow. Agradezco su ayuda.
