HTML 5 sonido y video duda

Allguien podria decirme como podria ponerle diferentes sonidos a los links:

Y por que aveces unos tipos de mp4 no reproduce el reproductor??? por ejemplo si bajo uno de youtube con el youcatcher en formato mp4??? gracias
