¿Foro en web?

¡Buenas!

Estoy intentando integrar un foro en mi web pero ocupa demasiado espacio. ¿Como puedo hacerlo más pequeño o "recortar" las tablas de la derecha?

Pues podrías tratar de cambiar el ancho de tu foro en el panel de foro activo, pero no se si funcione.

Si he intentado lo de cambiar el tamaño del foro desde la web, pero aún así no varía nada.
¿Hay alguna forma de enviarlo hacia la izquierda del todo?

Hola, si hay una forma.

Debes dirigirte a la opcion de Templantes en el Panel de Administracion de tu foro y comprar una suscripcion por el tiempo que quieras.

Cuando tengas la opcion de editarlos, dirigete a los que se llaman main en la seccion de Foro y Portal. Estando ahí podrás editar los valores del width de las tables que contienen al foro.

Muchas gracias por la ayuda. He estado mirando eso un poco, y sin haber pagado nada si me deja modificarlas. Pero no encuentro exactamente lo que tengo que cambiar. ¿Podías echarme una mano en buscar la opción?

Según lo que te dijo el compañero, tienes que comprar una suscripción. Quizá foroactivo no sea la mejor opción ya que no te da muchas opciones, pero creo que este te podría ayudar: http://humanossinsentido.blogspot.co...n-tu-blog.html

O simplemente poner un link al foro, no es necesario que se abra desde el mismo blog, o si?

Upps, veo que las cosas han cambiado jeje.

Verás desconocía eso de que ahora sea una herramienta gratuita, disculpame sucede que antes (hace 2 años aprox.) era una opcion de pago.

Ok, mira antes había una llamada "main" donde modificabas este aspecto que te cuento.

Ahora imagino que lo movieron en donde dice overall_header_new

Te explico. Si es que está dentro de este archivo verás algo como esto:

Código HTML:

Ver original<table width="{MENU_POSITION}" ...>
   <table width="{GENERATED_NAV_BAR}" ....>
      <table width="{FORUM_LOGO}" ...>
               etc....

Si gustas para facilitarnos la ayuda por favor peganos el código que visualizas en el archivo overall_header_new y en el portal_body (si es que este todavía se llama así)

Y claro la parte donde estan los corchetes {ALGO} es lo que puedes remplazar por las medidas, sería cuestión de experimentar.

He intentado hacer unos cambios y no varia dentro de la página de la web. He conseguido mandar todo lo posible a la izquierda el foro, pero en la web no se puede. No se si lo habré hecho mal.
De todas formas, hay alguna forma, de hacer que en toda la página creada para el foro se vea únicamente el foro, el header, y las pestañas?. Muchas gracias.

Os dejo el código que me sale en donde me habeis mandad a cambiar las cosas.

mm ese código ya no tiene el contenido del foro, tan solo es el puro header.

Amigo, te recomiendo que busques en los templantes para ver si lo encuentras.

Recuerda que tambien tienes la opcion de editar el CSS de tu foro. Y si bien recuerdo hay una parte donde puedes modificar por medio de formularios el tamaño de ancho del foro y tambien su posicion en la pantalla por medio de porcentajes.

Por que no pides asistencia en: asistencia.foroactivo.com
Espero que alguien te pueda ayudar, aunque algo debo decirte, hace tiempo los que se quedaron a dar soporte ahi eran los mas brutos de toda red.

Si no le encuentras solucion te recomiendo que te descargues el PHPBB y lo subas a un freehosting, en google busca "Lista de servidores gratuitos sin publicidad" elige uno que te de FTP, sube tu foro, instalalo, luego modifica los templantes comvenientes (Son unos 3 o 4 para la version PHPBB 3) y listo.
