Error con validación CSS

Hola a todos estoy intentando validar una web y el css me está dando un error que no conoce, he mirado por todas partes y no doy con el problema, el code es pequeño y no veo nada raro, os dejo aquí el code a ver si alguno me puede ayudar por favor.

El error css dice que está en este fichero pero me dice esto:

Error desconocido org.w3c.www.http.HttpInvalidValueException: Invalid content type.

tienes que cambiar esta linea

header('Content-type: text/css; charset: UTF-8');

por esta

header ('Content-Type: text / css; charset = UTF-8');
