como se hace esto (urgente)

Como puedo hacer para que cuando pases el raton por una de las secciones de mi web aparezca en un color.

Agradeceria que respondieran tambien a esto cual seria el codigo que resultaria de que aparecieran estas secciones en distintos colores.

Seccion 1 Azul
seccion 2 amarillo
seccion 3 violeta
seccion 4 naranja
seccion 5 rosa
seccion 6 marron
seccion 7 verde
seccion 8 gris
seccion 9 rijo
seccion 10 negro

despues de hacer que cuando se pase el raton en esas seccion cada uno se ponga del color que he puesto que codigo resultaria por favor ayudadme no tengo idea alguna acerca de esto.

no se que es lo que quieres cambiar, si un menu tipo tabla, si es asi busca en el foro de CSS ya que eso se maneja con fondos

si es otra cosa perdon, entendi mal

HOLA MIREN NECESITO INSERTAR UN CONTADOR Y UNA MUSICA DE FONDO EN MI MSN SPACE, YA TENGO EL CODIGO DEL CONTADOR PERO AL TIPEARLO EN LA VENTANA DE UN BLOG NO LOGRO VISUALIZARLO. ESPERO Q PUEDAN AYUDARME Y DECIRME Q ES LO Q ME FALTA EN EL CODIGO PARA Q ME FUNCIONE.
