He subido un rar y un exe al host de la siguiente manera

<a href="programa2.exe"> Descarga</a>
los archivos estan ubicados en ........htdocs/programa.rar y htdocs/programa2.exe
En ambos casos al intentar descargarlos obtengo el siguiente mensaje
