windows 2003 y asp.net

.. raro este problem que me esta pasando con windows 2003 standar edition y el asp.net. bueno despues de instalar dos verciones de windows 2003 la web server y standar, me sale el mismo error cuando quiero ejecutar una pagina aspx.. me sale el error este error

Server Application Unavailable

Ya movi permisos y todo y aun asi sigue mostrando este error, haa tambien ya permiti el servicio de asp.net pages en mi administrador del servidor IIS..

lo que voy hacer es desinstalar el web server y volverlo a instalar sin que corrar las paginas aspx y voy a tener que bajar el SDK completo el que pesa 108 megas aproximadamente y lo voy a instalar haber si asi ya me funciona..

alguien sabe algo al respecto??
