Editar celdas en un datagrid

hola a todos tengo un problema con mi datagrid en c #
tendo la cantidad y el importe en dos celdas diferentes , y cuando yo ingrese la cantidad quiero que se multiplique por el importe seria algun evento similar al text_Changed pero no se como ingresarlo muchas gracias por su ayuda:::
nota el importe lo pongo sepues de haber elegido el producto de un comboBox tambien del datagrid

lo mejor para esto, es usar el evento EditingControlShowing asociado al datagridview

            catch (Exception)
            {
                throw;
            }
        }

luego te creas las funciones que validan los datos tanto del combobox como del textbox
