Could not access 'CDO.Message' object

Hola, tengo un problema al enviar un e-mail desde una aplicacion. el error que aparece es : Could not access 'CDO.Message' object. El código que utilizo es el siguiente:

mail.To = "[email protected]"
mail.From = "[email protected]"
mail.Subject = "this is a test email."
mail.Body = "Some text goes here"
SmtpMail.SmtpServer=System.Configuration.Configura tionSettings.AppSettings("SMTPpserver")

Anexo un poco mas del mensage de error que me aparece:

Particularmente presenté un problema similar y era porque la dirección de email de destino no era válida. Asegurate de que todos esos detalles anden bien.

Bueno por la fecha puede que esta respuesta ya no te sirva pero lo comento igual...
Tienes la línea donde creas el objeto de configuración para el mensaje pero te falta lo más importante: La línea para crear el objeto de mensaje... algo así como:

set iMsg = CreateObject("CDONT.Message")

Pero Por Favor!!! No Seas Escandaloso! Eso es ASP tradicional
