Un ERROR en PhpMyadmin Ayuda Porfavor!

Bueno mas que todo me parece que es un aviso ya que al entrar a ver las tablas de my base de datos en la parte de abajo me sale este mensaje:

Error
Las opciones adicionales para trabajar con tablas vinculadas
fueron desactivadas. Para saber porqué, dé clic aqui.

Y luego al ir al vinculo que me recomiendan me aparece esto:

Servidor: 192.168.0.253
Base de datos: orochies PMA Database ... no recibió el OK[ Documentación ]
Opciones de relación general Deshabilitado

Y luego me voy a la documentacion pero como no le ago al ingles no entiendo lo que me recomiendan hacer.

La documentacion es esta:

If you are the only user of this phpMyAdmin installation, you can use your current database to store those special tables; in this case, just put your current database name in $cfg['Servers'][$i]['pmadb']. For a multi-user installation, set this parameter to the name of your central database containing the linked-tables infrastructure.

Claro solo es una parte de lo que me aparece en ella...

Nota:
Tengo instalado appserver con apache PHP 5 y phpMyadmin...

Ayuda porfavor quisiera saber porque el error...
