Ayuda no puedo enviar consultas en phpmyadmin (problema joomla)

miren todo empezo cuando instale JCL PLUS
no podia accesar a administracion ni en la pagina front. pero lo solucione con esta guia, pero solo puedo accesar en la front, en la backed sigo sin poder accesar, me dice que el usuario y la contreaseña son incorrectos.

bueno hice algo parecido y me salio esto

consulta SQL:

ALTER TABLE jos_session DROP jaclplus;

MySQL ha dicho: Documentación
#1091 - Can't DROP 'jaclplus'; check that column/key exists

me fui a generar una consulta pero me dice esto

Debe elegir al menos una columna para mostrar

no se que poner en los espacios, abajo ya puse el codigo.


por favor ayudenme, no saben lo mal que se siente tener un error de esta magnitud. estuve trabajando en mi web como un año, y haste mucho dinero, por favor dependo de ustedes U_U
