He revisado la logica de mi programacion y no hay error alguno, inclusive he usado herramientas como ALERTRA para saber si el problema se repite en otras partes del mundo pero los reportes de ALERTRA me indicaban q la web si era visible desde otros puntos del internet hasta hace unos dias y ahora ultimo me remitia el siguiente mensaje:

Pude acceder a la configuracion de mi router y elegi la herramienta DIAGNOSTICS y me entrega el siguiente reporte:
