resulta que tengo una ip que esta todo el rato conectandose a mi ordenador, y no para de enviarme informacion y se me consume el ancho de banda (tengo orange 3g) ... he pillado el rango con el netlimiter, me diche que lo traga el SVCHOST, y lo he metido en el Outpost Firewall y asi ya no me fastidia mas, pero no se que ocurre... le hago un whois y me sale esto. Tengo windows xp (es un portatil). muchas gracias!!
