PHP OO Tengo un problea quien se anima ayudar

Hola Amigos tengo el siguiente codigo:
Estou usando la version 5.5.9

¿cuanto pesa la imagen?

revisa la directiva upload_max_filesize si quieres aumentar el tamaño de subidas

que resultado te muestra?? porque pareciera que no estas agarrando el indice correcto
