Si te refieres a la pagina principal de appserv donde te da la posibilidad de escoger phpmyadmin, php-nuke y el php info
lo mas probable es que hayas cambiado el contenido al archivo index.php
que esta en la raiz de server que por defecto se instala aqui
C:\AppServ\www
si hiciste eso aqui tienes el codigo para crearla de nuevo

?> o la otra pocibilidad es que hiciste un archivo index.html en la raiz
tendrias que eliminarlo para ver nuevamente el index.php
y si estas haciendo una pagina seria mejor que la pusieras en una carpeta
por ejemplo
C:\AppServ\www\mipagina
y para verla en el explorador seria esta la direccion
http://localhost/mipagina/
y la funcion de winmysqladmin es mas que nada un visualizador de la base de datos como tambien ver el funcionamiento y las opciones del server que puedes cambiar
