Sistema de seguimiento de curier

los curier son como correos que se envian, para el que no sabe o no se acuerda, lo que necesito es un sistema en el cual ingresando el codigo de envio aparezca en que etapa del envio está como en el de IBC

LO QUE SE TIENE QUE HACER ES SIMPLE, ALGUIEN TIENE QUE IR SUBIENDO A LA WEB MEDIANTE UN SISTEMA SENCILLO DONDE VA EL ENVIO PARA QUE UN CLIENTE QUE TIENE EL CODIGO DE ENVIO CHEQUE DONDE VA ESTE

y el resultado de una busqueda debería estar en una web que tuviera estos codigos
